As a Technical Internal Sales Representative, you’ll act as the key interface between our global customers and our engineering teams — transforming complex technical requests into tailored, high-performance fiber optic solutions. Your work will help ensure that every connection we deliver meets DIAMOND’s standards of quality, reliability, and precision.

Technical advice and support for our customers worldwide
Preparation and follow-up of quotations until completion
Order entry, processing and monitoring of the process until delivery

What you bring to the role
Basic technical training and further training as an HTL engineer in micromechanics or similar with relevant experience in an electronic or mechanical environment
Experience in a comparable field of work
Business fluent in Italian, German, and English
Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems, SAP R3 is an advantage
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer-oriented thinking
