You are a true project leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, coordinating various internal stakeholders to maximize partner visibility both online and offline.
Strategic Social Media Management: Define the overarching social media strategy, master platform algorithms, and oversee KPI reporting. You won't create the daily content yourself, but you will directly manage and guide our Community Manager to align with the global vision.
Pro-Athlete Partnerships: Recruit, animate, and plan yearly activations for legitimate Swiss professional athletes. You will focus on qualitative storytelling, offline product-testing events, and raising the perceived value of our technical gear.
