To strengthen our presence in the DACH region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our omnichannel marketing activities.
Your Mission
In this role, you will support the execution of La Collines marketing strategy across Austria, Switzerland and Germany, with a strong focus on trade marketing, e-trade marketing, and retail excellence.
You will report to the Regional Manager DACH and will work closely with the global Brand Management teams to ensure a consistent brand image and successful local activation of global strategies.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities with key retail partners
- Coordinate e-trade marketing activations (online campaigns, visibility, retailer platforms)
- Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising guidelines at point of sale
- Manage and execute promotions & campaigns (GWP, sampling, product launches)
- Coordinate marketing materials and collaborate closely with Sales, Training, HQ and Brand Management teams
- Monitor performance and KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience, ideally within luxury beauty or retail
- Solid understanding of trade marketing and omnichannel environments
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong sense of aesthetics and brand presentation
Languages
- German: fluent
- English: minimum C1 level required
- French: minimum C1 level required
