Your Tasks
- You coordinate end-to-end Retail Media activations across in-store and digital channels, ensuring flawless execution from campaign briefing through to post-campaign reporting.
- You develop activation roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans together with Sales Managers, transforming commercial agreements into actionable omnichannel campaigns.
- You collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional stakeholders including Creative, E-Commerce, CRM, Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- You coordinate campaign assets, technical specifications, approvals, and production requirements while proactively anticipating risks and ensuring deadlines are met.
- You maintain and optimize the Retail Media inventory catalogue and availability calendar, maximizing fill rates and identifying new opportunities for bookings and placements.
- You propose alternative activations, campaign bundles, substitutions, and rebooking solutions to maximize both client satisfaction and commercial performance.
- You manage suppliers and service providers, negotiating quotations, coordinating production timelines, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints, and managing POs, delivery timelines, and SLAs.
- You oversee print and digital production, ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and health & safety standards.
- You monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and identify optimization opportunities during campaign execution.
- You create insightful post-campaign reports and present performance results, recommendations, and learnings to internal stakeholders and clients.
your profile
- You bring 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, Marketing, Project Management, or Omnichannel Campaign Management, ideally within a retail environment.
- You demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills, successfully managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- You are highly structured, solution-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- You combine strong analytical thinking with commercial acumen and are comfortable working with KPIs, inventory utilization, fill rates, margins, and forecasting tools.
- You communicate with confidence and build strong relationships with colleagues, stores, suppliers, clients, and other business stakeholders.
- You have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and are proficient in PowerPoint for reporting and business presentations.
- You are familiar with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools, which would be considered a strong advantage.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful customer and brand experiences.
- You take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently deliver high-quality results with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- You are fluent in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian).
