Was Dich erwartet
Unterstützung in der Rekrutierung: Du unterstützt in der Begleitung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses. Dazu gehören das Veröffentlichen von Stellenanzeigen, das Bewerbermanagement sowie die Terminabstimmung für Interviews.
Digitalisierung von Prozessen & Formularwesen: Du hilfst aktiv dabei, unsere HR-Prozesse ins digitale Zeitalter zu bringen. Du überarbeitest bestehende Formulare und gestaltest papierlose Workflows.
Pflege der SharePoint-Intranetseite: Du übernimmst die optische und inhaltliche Überarbeitung unserer Einheit in der Schweiz im Intranet auf SharePoint-Basis in Abstimmung mit den Seiten des Segmentes Personal. Du hältst Informationen für die Belegschaft aktuell und übersichtlich.
Administrative Unterstützung: Du greifst dem Team im Tagesgeschäft unter die Arme. Du erstellst Dokumente, unterstützt bei der Zeugniserstellung und bei der allgemeinen HR-Administration.
Was Du mitbringst
Laufendes Studium: Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Psychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (gerne mit HR-Bezug).
Affinität zu HR & Digitalisierung: Du hast Spass an modernen HR-Themen und ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Prozesse.
SharePoint-Kenntnisse: Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit MS SharePoint oder MS 365 sammeln oder arbeitest dich schnell in neue Software ein.
Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und hast ein Auge für Details
