About the Role
We’re looking for a junior AI Business Development to drive the adoption of GAIA, our AI agent for solar and storage operations.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You’ll focus on understanding users, engaging them, and helping them see how AI fits into their daily work.
You’ll work closely with sales, product, and marketing — and play a direct role in how GAIA is introduced and adopted in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach relevant professionals (asset managers, O&M teams, operators)
- Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools
- Run early conversations to understand workflows and challenges
- Introduce GAIA through real use cases and practical discussions
- Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps (demos, calls)
- Capture field insights and feed them back into product and marketing
- Maintain clean tracking in HubSpot
- Support webinars, campaigns, and events when needed
Your Profile
- Junior profile (0–2 years experience) or student
- Strong interest in AI, tech, or energy
- Comfortable reaching out and talking to new people
- Curious and analytical mindset
- Proactive and hands-on
- Clear and structured communication
- Fluent in English (Spanish or German is a plus)

Salary (Internship): CHF 1’500-2'000/month + bonus
