Supply Chain & Platform Delivery: Be fully accountable for the delivery, timeline, quality, and hiring for your teams. Take on accountability for larger, more complex deliverables by managing risk, anticipating blockers, and addressing uncertainty. Technical & Architectural Leadership: Be accountable for the team's technical decisions and solutions, acting as a key contributor to ensure they align with On Tech's architecture north star. You will guide the architecture to seamlessly handle complex supply chain data flows, enterprise system (e.g., ERP) integrations, and high-volume planning cycles. Strategic Partnership: Partner tightly with E2E Planning business leaders, product managers, and project management to plan deliverables. You will translate complex supply chain business needs into scalable technical initiatives, define the scope of delivery, and ensure alignment on complex cross-team dependencies. Operational Excellence: Ensure the reliable operation of your team's planning systems and adjacent ones in accordance with established SLOs. Prioritize the resolution of time-sensitive incidents that could impact critical planning and purchasing cycles, and enable iterative rollout, testing, and release engineering practices.
