About the Role:
JM Immo Real Estate & Property Management SA is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Commercial Real Estate Manager to oversee commercial property operations, real estate portfolio management, and business property development initiatives in Geneva, Switzerland. This role focuses on maximizing property performance, strengthening tenant relationships, and managing high-value commercial real estate assets across premium business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Real Estate Operations Leadership: Oversee daily management of commercial property portfolios and real estate operations
- Property Portfolio Management: Manage leasing performance, occupancy strategies, and commercial asset optimization initiatives
- Tenant & Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with tenants, investors, brokers, and corporate clients
- Leasing & Contract Oversight: Supervise lease negotiations, commercial agreements, renewals, and property compliance documentation
- Financial & Budget Management: Monitor property budgets, operational expenses, rental income, and profitability performance
- Market & Investment Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis, property valuation reviews, and commercial investment assessments
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to Swiss real estate regulations, legal standards, and operational risk controls
- Property Maintenance Coordination: Oversee facility management, maintenance operations, and vendor service performance
- Team Leadership: Lead property managers, leasing specialists, operations coordinators, and administrative real estate teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in commercial real estate management, property portfolio operations, or real estate investment management
- Skills: Strong negotiation, property operations, and commercial asset management expertise
- Education: Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance, Property Management, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial leasing, real estate investment operations, and property management systems
- Leadership: Ability to manage large commercial property portfolios and multidisciplinary operations teams
