Project Planner - IND2
Key Responsibilities
- Guide project teams in implementing effective planning and scheduling methodologies to strengthen delivery capability
- Facilitate collaborative planning workshops to align sequencing logic, resource allocation, key milestones, and critical path activities
- Develop and maintain baseline project schedules, ensuring regular updates based on progress data and stakeholder input
- Support programme planning through all major phases, including early design coordination, procurement strategy, execution planning, commissioning, and handover
- Monitor schedule performance, identify risks and constraints, and work with project stakeholders to develop mitigation and recovery strategies
- Prepare clear planning reports, schedule narratives, milestone dashboards, and visual programme analyses for internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report key productivity, performance, and resource utilisation metrics
- Ensure schedule alignment with project controls systems and digital planning tools, including integrated reporting platforms and model-based planning environments
Education & Background
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Controls, or a related discipline
- Equivalent practical experience in large-scale construction planning will also be considered
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within major construction or engineering environments
- Experience supporting technically complex projects across multiple delivery stages
Technical Expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles
- Familiarity with Lean planning methodologies, takt-based scheduling, and cloud-based planning solutions is advantageous
- Experience with digital reporting platforms, schedule analytics tools, and 4D model integration is beneficial
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
Pay: CHF50’000.00 - CHF200’000.00 per year
