Your responsibilities
- Serve our Swatch Group watch brands and country subsidiaries on daily operational requests
- Care and troubleshoot daily operations to support European Distribution Center and countries
- Monitor the transport activities from our distribution center and ensure a smooth information flow between all stakeholders
- Behave as specialist of transportation for delivery and return experience
- Challenge current processes with the project team to improve the operation’s efficiency and the delivered service quality
- Operate daily actionable dashboards to monitor the activities and extract insights to feed decision makers, project team and stakeholders in a continuous improvement approach
- Behave as a team member of European, International transportation and Export for daily operations and analysis
- Ability to transfer knowledge and experience
Federal Certificate of competences (CFC), Degree or Bachelor in the field of economic, commercial, business administration, supply chain management or equivalent with several years of experience
- Experienced in operations: import/export, transit, eCommerce shipments, BtoB shipments
- Experience in issue the e-dec reports, certificates of origin, the claims monitoring and make the export closure for the export team
- Hands-on mindset with operational skills
- Experience with ticketing tools, customer care or order management systems is an advantage
- Team player, high level of social competence
- Assertiveness skills
- Positive attitude and motivated to work in a fast-changing environment with high expectations
- Client oriented, pro-active and solution driven profile
- Previous experience at carrier as transit agent or import/export agent is an advantage
- Competent handling of MS Office tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) or a comparable system is an advantage
- IATA compliant: creation of Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD) for airfreight (class 9) or wishing to get certified

- Fluent English is mandatory. A good written and spoken command of either French or German as a second language is a strong asset
- Any other languages are welcome - we have 29 so far in the company, if you wish to add the 30th, you pretty much know what to do.
