Growth Specialist Switzerland (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be at the center of the candidate journey — working closely with clinics, healthcare professionals, and individuals to raise awareness, generate leads, and guide candidates through their decision-making process with empathy and expertise.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful local initiatives and ensure an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
Your Responsibilities
Clinic & Professional Engagement
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with audiologists, ENT specialists, rehabilitation centers patient associations and hearing care providers

Support clinics with candidate identification and follow-up activities

Partner with Sales teams to deliver targeted clinic initiatives and events

Plan and coordinate professional events, workshops, and awareness campaigns
Candidate Engagement & Support
- Guide candidates through the full hearing implant journey with clear, timely, and empathetic communication

Provide tailored information and support to enable informed decision-making

Manage inbound enquiries and ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Support local consumer events and information sessions

Track and manage candidate interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Collaborate with candidate communities to drive engagement and awareness
Lead Generation & Local Marketing

Execute local DTC and DTP activities to generate qualified leads

Partner with Marketing (CE & EMEA) to deliver effective local campaigns (online & offline)

Ensure all activities align with brand, compliance, and quality standards

Support localization of marketing materials for the Swiss market
Coordination, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Coordinate local processes along the candidate journey

Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting

Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, event performance) and identify optimization opportunities

Share insights and feedback with regional teams

Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and compliance standards
Your Profile
You are a relationship-driven and empathetic professional who enjoys supporting people through important life decisions. You combine strong organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (optimal University degree)

2–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
-
Experience in medical devices, hearing care, or life sciences is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
-
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-
High level of empathy and confidence interacting with both patients and healthcare professionals
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent follow-up and time management
Languages

German: Fluent
-
English: Good working proficiency
-
French: Basic knowledge
Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel within Switzerland

Valid driving licence
Nice to Have

Experience in hearing care, audiology networks, or patient education
