Position Summary

As an Automation & AI Specialist , you'll design and build smart, scalable solutions—from automation bots to AI-driven applications—making a real impact across operations and corporate functions.
You’ll work at the intersection of software development, automation, and applied AI , bringing ideas to life and turning data into action.
Your Role
Build end-to-end automation and AI solutions—from concept to deployment
Develop applications using Python, React, and APIs
Design and implement RPA bots, AI agents, and orchestration workflows
Collaborate with business & IT teams to turn requirements into scalable solutions
Enable secure data integration across systems and platforms
Work with enterprise data environments (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric)
Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and high-performing
Document processes, architectures, and best practices
Continuously improve existing solutions and explore emerging technologies

Your Profile
Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent)
1–5 years in software development, automation, AI, or data environments
Relevant internships or project work are welcomed
Strong hands-on experience with: Python, React, REST APIs
Solid understanding of: SQL, databases & data integration
Familiar with: Azure ecosystem & modern dev tools (e.g., VS Code)
Collaborative and strong communicator
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluency in English, French and/or German would be a plus
