The Senior Campaigns Manager will play a key role in delivering FIFA’s social impact campaigns by sharing the lead in the overall conception, creation, delivery and management of results-driven and multiplatform initiatives, in line with FIFA’s Strategic Objectives for the Global Game: 2023-2027.
Reporting to the Team Lead Corporate Communications, the postholder will own and oversee the portfolio of FIFA social impact campaigns, serving as the main point of contact between functional areas and leading and managing the relationship with external stakeholders.

These are your key tasks:
- Plan and implement compelling social impact campaigns related to FIFA’s corporate mission
- Project-manage all stakeholder involvement by acting as the main point of contact in relation to social impact campaigns, developing content proposals, agreeing on budgets and managing feedback
- Project-manage all deliverables involving internal and external partners and execute campaign requirements with an emphasis on digital communication to promote individual stakeholder activities across FIFA’s platforms and events
- Project-manage all requirements in terms of content production
- Project-manage all campaign reporting and debriefs according to pre-agreed key performance indicators
- Support the further promotion of social impact campaigns with plans, messaging and content around key milestones
- Support the further promotion of social impact campaigns through the creation of multilingual toolkits for Member Associations and other stakeholders
- Provide on-site support in relation to the implementation of social impact campaigns at FIFA events
- Manage campaign-related content on owned FIFA channels

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Passion for football
- Proven experience (at least six years) working at an international and/or media organisation, with a specific campaign background
- Solid experience coordinating successful campaigns
- Media communications or public relations expertise and the ability to build and maintain interest over time
- Ability to see the bigger picture and think not just for Corporate Communications but for the FIFA Communications Division and the organisation as a whole
- Ability to liaise and communicate with and present to key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Excellent communicator and listener
- Willing to learn new skills and take on challenges
- Cooperative team player
- Bachelor’s degree in languages/communications/journalism/social studies (a master’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and management of messaging and the media
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Thorough understanding of global football activities and key football stakeholders
- Excellent command of communications platforms
- Expertise in video production and social media, as well as standard messaging and content creation
- SAP knowledge would be an asset (for the purposes of finance/budgeting, procurement, governance and RFP process management)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
