Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey from check-in, studio set up and after class.
- Be an expert on our procedures offering guidance, knowledge and tips about who we are as a company, our concepts, instructors and events.
- Respond quickly and effectively to customer queries in person, via phone and email.
- Maintaining all daily operations including washing and folding towels, cleaning the treadmills and restocking of towels in the changing rooms.
- Support with the operational needs of the studio, including but not limited to deliveries.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Exhibits enthusiasm for the studio and for the job.
- Be able to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
- Availability for two to four shifts, two being week days, rest the weekends.
- Seeking flexible working hours. Working hours can start as early as 6:00am and run as late as 9:45pm. Available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Shifts are 3 to 4 hours (6 - 9 / 6 -10:15 / 11:15 - 14:15 / 16:30 - 20:30 / 17:45 - 21:45)
- Weekend shifts are split into morning and afternoon shifts
- Start immediately.
- Speak German and English
