ROLE OVERVIEW
Origin Aesthetics is seeking the founding member of its service team to manage the health of a large device base. This is a perfect role for someone who wants a start-up experience and is eager to grow with a new organization.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain 98%+ uptime commitments to existing installed base
- Ensure 98%+ inventory accuracy during cycle counts
- Provide excellent customer service through every interaction
- Support an AI-first organization by adhering to data recording guidelines
- Champion improvements in service level to benefit the customer experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Device Servicing & Repair
- Diagnose faults and select correct parts for every repair
- Perform initial commissioning and final installations on newly sold devices
- Respond to field repair calls same or next day per contract agreements
- Adhere to preventative maintenance schedule
- Maintain and calibrate all service tools to manufacturer specifications
- Stay current on all supplier service requirements
Trunk Stock Management
- Maintain trunk stock at defined levels
- Conduct weekly cycle counts
- Know exactly what is in the van — replenish proactively, never reactively
- Return unused parts to central office stock
Parts Ordering Support
- Support placing part orders with suppliers
- Follow up on every open order to ensure timely delivery
- Escalate delays before they create an uptime risk
Customer Communication & Compliance
- Communicate directly with clinic staff and physicians throughout every service visit
- Obtain a signed customer checkout form on completion of every job — no exceptions
- Log every interaction, repair, and part movement in the service CRM same day
- Log required interactions in supplier CRM as required
Commercial Support
- Support the sales team during device demonstrations and new installations
- Prepare service quotes for billable work
- Confirm payment before dispatching parts or scheduling billable visits
- Proactively flag service contract renewal opportunities and upsell signals
Technical Standards
- Train on every new product before it enters the Swiss market
- Follow all supplier service procedures
- Validate SOPs against real field experience and flag gaps
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–5+ years of field service experience in optics or electronics, or recent graduate of a related technical program
- Willing to travel throughout Switzerland daily, sometimes overnight
- Willing to occasionally support congresses, workshops, and trainings on weekends
- Fluent in German or French; English proficiency a plus
- Demonstrated fluency with CRM and basic AI tools
Pay: CHF80’000.00 - CHF100’000.00 per year
