Are you passionate about communication, branding, and digital marketing? Join our Global Marketing & Communication team and gain hands-on experience in an international pharmaceutical environment. You will actively contribute to internal and external communication initiatives while supporting projects that strengthen our brand, employee engagement, and market presence.
Support the creation of marketing and communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, intranet content, social media posts, and event materials

Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading content for internal and external communication channels
Assist in maintaining communication and content calendars across multiple channels
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and promotional activities
Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations in line with corporate branding guidelines
Help coordinate day-to-day marketing and communication activities, including content management and project administration
Support reporting and analysis of communication and marketing initiatives
Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee engagement, brand visibility, and communication effectiveness
Um diese Rolle erfolgreich zu meistern, suchen wir nach folgenden Qualifikationen:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage
Creative, proactive, and eager to gain experience in a global marketing and communications environment
Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
Affinity for digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and social media platforms is a plus
