Within Investment Marketing, we are looking for a talented designer. You will be a full member of the Investment Management team, helping define how our investment thinking is structured, articulated, and presented to Wealth Management, to clients, to investors.
At the intersection of portfolio management, strategy and other business lines, you transform complex financial expertise into clear, structured and visually compelling materials.
You ensure that investment communication is rigorous, compliant with regulatory requirements, and fully aligned with the identity and standards of an international investment group.
- You design the materials that shape how investment specialists communicate their conviction.
- Your output has immediate visibility with investment digital platforms.
You have real influence over the visual and editorial standards of the Investment Management team

Key Responsibilities
- Investment Content
Structure and formalise investment views
Translate complex financial analysis into clear, pedagogical narratives
Ensure consistency between investment philosophy and client communication
Contribute to multi-asset strategy articulation and portfolio frameworks
- Editorial & Visual Design
Lead the design of strategic presentations, outlook publications and investment solutions documentation
Maintain high visual standards aligned with private banking expectations
Build clear message hierarchies and rigorous visual architecture
Ensure coherence across asset classes and publication formats
- Digital Integration
Oversee content production in Adobe InDesign, related design tools and adapt for digital platforms
Contribute to the investment content distribution strategy
Enhance client experience across digital investment platform
- Governance & Standards
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives within Investment Management
Ensure regulatory soundness of all materials in close collaboration with Compliance
Drive continuous improvement of production, validation and deployment processes
Define and harmonise editorial and visual standards at group level
Profile
- Experience
Background in private banking, asset management or investment banking
Demonstrated ability to structure complex investment content
Experience in a regulated financial communication environment
Strong interest in the digital evolution of investment content
- Education
Higher education in finance, economics or a related discipline.
A background in graphic communication or design is considered a strong advantage.
- Languages
French - fluent or native
English - fluent, written and spoken
Additional languages are an advantage
- Technical skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign — essential
Illustrator and Photoshop — an advantage
Familiarity with regulated financial communication requirements
Experience adapting investment materials for digital platforms
Understanding of multi-asset reporting frameworks
