Software Developer:
We are seeking an Embedded Software Developer with previous experience and knowledge of embedded programming or proven experience in similar safety-critical environments, to join advanced projects within the Defense and Aerospace sector. The role is focused on the development of software for complex, mission-critical systems, where robustness, precision, and adherence to stringent engineering standards are essential. You will work in a highly technical environment, contributing to the design, implementation, integration, and verification of software components for next-generation defense platforms.
Main responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software embedded solutions;
Work on safety-critical, real-time, and embedded systems;
Contribute to system integration activities in complex defense environments;
Collaborate with system engineers, avionics specialists and simulation teams;
Support verification and validation activities aligned with industry standards (e.g. DO-178C or equivalent);
Analyze system and software requirements and translate them into robust implementations;
Participate in technical reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery;
Produce and maintain clear technical documentation
Indispensable technical skills
Knowledge of real-time and embedded systems;
Familiarity with standards such as DO-178C, MIL-STD and others;
Experience with C/C++ or other low-level/system programming languages;
Exposure to simulation or avionics integration environments
