RUM BABA is looking for a skilled Pastry Baker to join our artisan bakery in Cham.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with both viennoiserie and pastry—from perfectly laminated croissants to éclairs, cheesecakes and seasonal desserts.
Responsibilities
Production of viennoiserie (croissants, Danish pastries, laminated dough)
Preparation of pastries, éclairs, cheesecakes and seasonal desserts
Maintaining high quality and consistency
Organising daily production and mise en place
Following production and hygiene standards
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a bakery or pastry production
Experience with laminated dough is essential
Passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
