What are we looking for?

Strong investment expertise across asset classes; CFA, CAIA, or equivalent preferred (or extensive practical experience)

Proven experience with UHNW and/or institutional clients in complex, solution-driven environments

Demonstrated ability to execute sophisticated client opportunities

Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority

Proven track record in building trust with Relationship Managers and translating this into commercial impact

Strong experience in driving alignment across the firm and beyond

Clear commercial mindset with strong communication and presentation skills

Structured, big picture-thinker with high ownership, drive, and execution focus

Fluent in English and German (Swiss German a plus)
