Plasma Physicist – Non-Fusion Plasma Research

Research group seeking a Plasma Physicist focused on non-fusion plasma systems including low-temperature plasma, atmospheric plasma, plasma diagnostics and plasma-surface interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop experimental plasma systems and diagnostics
- Analyze plasma behavior in laboratory and applied environments
- Conduct modeling and data analysis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary physics and engineering teams
- Publish results in peer-reviewed journals
- Support development of advanced plasma applications
Preferred Background
- PhD or MSc in Plasma Physics, Applied Physics or related field
- Experience with non-fusion plasma systems
- Knowledge of plasma diagnostics, spectroscopy or simulation tools
- Strong programming and data analysis skills
- Experimental laboratory experience preferred
