For our headquarters in Stabio, we are looking for a Sales & Logistics Assistant to join our team.
At Montanstahl, we manufacture and sell bespoke steel and stainless-steel profiles, combining flexibility, innovation and a strong customer-oriented approach.
In this role, you will support both the Sales and Logistics departments, helping ensure smooth order management, efficient communication and timely deliveries to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Registering and monitoring sales orders in the ERP system
- Maintaining customer information in ERP and CRM systems
- Providing first-level support to customers regarding orders, products and processes
- Managing inbound and outbound logistics, including intra-company transfers
- Organizing shipments by land, sea and air
- Preparing import and export documentation
- Handling logistics exceptions such as delays, missing documents or customs issues
- Collaborating with internal departments including Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Quality, Production and Purchasing
What we are looking for:
- German at native or advanced level
- Good knowledge of English and Italian
- Good command of MS Office and Microsoft 365 tools
- Previous logistics experience in an industrial/international trading environment is considered a strong plus
- Accuracy, problem-solving skills, proactive communication and a customer-oriented mindset
