Job description
- Maintain corporate records for audit purposes (physical + cloud)
- Maintain private records for personal and tax purposes (physical + cloud)
- Book transactions in portfolio management system (incl. post execution controlling)
- Monitor maturities, ensuring timely rollovers
- Prepare reports for client and management
- Calendar management
- Payment management
- Other administrative tasks
Required skills:
- Experience with all or some of the duties described above
- Proficient user of Excel
- Proficient user of other Microsoft office apps
- Experience with portfolio management system or systems like Abacus, Avaloq or similar as advantage
- Languages: English mandatory, Russian as advantage
Job Type: 100%
Pay: CHF60’000.00 - CHF90’000.00 per year
