Senior Technical Expert 80 % (m/w/x)
für die Durchführung und Dokumentation von periodischen und Inbetriebnahme Prüfungen (Qualifizierungen und Requalifizierung) unserer Produktions- und Infrastrukturanlagen, Reinräumen und Laborgeräten.
Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit
- Prüfung und Genehmigung von Messprotokollen von Reinraum-Requalifizierungen (Raumklassierungen, Luftgeschwindigkeiten, Filterintegritäts-Tests)
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Vorschriften (SOPs) zu den Bereichen Anlagen- und Reinraum-Requalifizierung
- Koordination der Arbeiten externer Anbieter lufttechnischer Messungen in Abstimmung mit Projekttätigkeiten
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Anträgen zu Stammdatenanpassungen von Equipments in SAP
- Beurteilung von Änderungsanträgen für Produktionsanlagen im Qualitäts Management System TrackWise
- Erstellen von Testplänen und Berichten für die Durchführung von Qualifizierungen bei Laborgeräten (papierlos im Kneat System)
- Erstellung von Berichten der jährlichen Überprüfung des Qualifizierungs-Status unserer Produktionsanlagen
Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
- BSc. in relevanter Disziplin (Pharmazeutik, Biologie, Chemie) oder Ausbildung als Techniker/in im Bereich Lebensmittel-, Bio-, Pharmatechnologie oder Chemie
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld in der Pharmaindustrie oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung mit Prüfung und Beurteilung von Messungen für Reinraum-Qualifizierungen
- Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen „Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)“ Prinzipien
- Erfahrungen mit Anforderungen von FDA und EMA
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse
