We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support senior management with both professional and personal administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role requiring excellent organizational skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling.

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.

Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communications.

Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.

Organize meetings and follow up on action items.

Assist with personal errands and lifestyle management tasks.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and service providers.

Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.

Support day-to-day office administration and executive activities.

Travel occasionally within Switzerland and internationally when required.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills in English; German is an advantage.

Additional languages are considered a plus.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools.

Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.

Flexible and willing to travel occasionally.

Valid driving license preferred.

Previous experience in the aviation industry, private aviation, or business aviation is considered a strong advantage.

Experience working with senior executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals.
