Experience
10–15+ years in Business Analysis, Data Product Management, Data Strategy, or Enterprise Data Programs.
Role Summary
Lead business-to-data translation for Takeda's AI Data Foundation by prioritizing data sources, defining data products, establishing governance, and enabling reusable enterprise data assets supporting Market Access AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Takeda business leaders and product owners to prioritize enterprise data sourcing and onboarding.
- Define source inventory, metadata, data contracts, business rules, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Translate business requirements into engineering-ready user stories, sprint backlog, and delivery roadmap.
- Coordinate data readiness, validation, traceability, and UAT across multiple AI products.
- Drive collaboration across Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, and AI teams to deliver scalable data products.
Required Skills
- Data Product Management & Business Analysis
- AWS Data Platform concepts and cloud-native architectures
- Data Modeling, Metadata Management, Data Catalogs
- SQL, Data Analysis, Jira, Agile/Scrum
- Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Lineage
- Experience with AI/GenAI, RAG, and enterprise data platforms
- Life Sciences / Pharma / Market Access domain experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.
Pay: CHF75.00 - CHF83.00 per hour
