Pardgroup Suisse, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for an hands-on Qualified Accountant to join its team in Lugano, supporting our Swiss and French offices.
The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

Manage the full accounting cycle for the Swiss and French entities;

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions;

Prepare month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, and statutory accounts;
- Perform bank reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and prepayments;
- Ensure compliance with Swiss accounting, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements, while maintaining awareness of French regulations and liaising with local advisors where needed;

Support corporate tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and local authorities;
- Monitor cash flow, payments, and outstanding receivables;
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies;
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner;
- Provide accurate financial information and reporting to management.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- 3+ years' experience in a similar accounting role, ideally across multiple entities or countries;
- Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting, VAT, and statutory requirements, with familiarity with French accounting and VAT regulations;
- Solid experience managing month-end and year-end close processes;
- Experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders;
- Good Excel and accounting/ERP systems skills;

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines independently;

Fluent English & French.
Nice to have:
- Experience with accounting Software Dynamics & QuickBooks;
- Experience working with international teams;
- Knowledge of German would be an advantage.
