The ylaa Bruderholz child care centre in Basel offers children aged three months to the
second kindergarten an educationally optimal childcare option that complements the family
and school. The care takes place bilingually (D/E) at 2 locations. It is part of the kidéal
Group, which offers a comprehensive range of childcare services and operates more than 25
of its own institutions in the regions of Zurich, Aargau and Basel.
In the position of Assistant Educator, you will implement the kidéal philosophy with the team
members of your group. Together with the team, you focus on the well-being of the child
and ensure age-specific support and individual support. You will be accompanied and
supported by the group management.

Your responsibilities
Co-responsibility for the well-being of the children in your group
Co-responsibility for the coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work
of the members of your group
Support in the management of the group in compliance with pedagogical norms

Your qualifications
Diploma FaBe K or KKE (EU training only with Swiss recognition – BBT)
Professional experience in the field of childcare
Ability to work in a team and motivation
Very good knowledge of Deutschkenntnisse
Flexibility, punctuality and reliability
