We are a stealth applied AI venture and a Bifrost Studios company. We're building the long-term applied AI partner for mid-market and enterprise leaders, practitioner-led, working inside their business on real outcomes rather than platitudes.
The relationship starts with a three-day in-person Accelerator and continues as a year-round partnership: ongoing 1:1 deployment work, access to an Applied AI Leaders community, and an AI deployment strategist who stays close to the leader's P&L as they ship. We are practitioner-first and operator-led, surrounded by operators and AI-native companies.

Every artefact that leaves this company should feel as considered as the thinking behind the work. You are the founding Brand Designer and Storyteller. You own the visual identity, the narrative, and every external touchpoint from day one. You build it so it scales to a team, but you start by doing it yourself.
What you'll do
- Own the full visual identity and brand system: logo usage, typography, colour, layout, and tone.
- Design and maintain the website, including copy.
- Build decks: pitch decks, client materials, and Accelerator collateral in Figma.
- Run social: LinkedIn and any other channels we commit to, including copy, graphics, and cadence.
- Produce email: visual templates, newsletters, and outreach sequences.
- Write case studies and long-form content as member outcomes accumulate.
- Own every other artefact that leaves the company.
What your first year looks like
- First 30 days: Absorb the product, the ICP (ideal customer profile), and the existing brand assets. Take ownership of all external brand touchpoints. Audit every single touchpoint. Deliver v1 of the brand system and a consolidated visual identity guide.
- First quarter: Website live or materially updated. Accelerator collateral is ready for the first cohort in August and September. Social presence active with a consistent cadence. Pitch deck and client materials in final shape.
- By year one: A brand system a second designer can pick up and run. A library of case studies and member outcome stories. A documented content and channel playbook. Visual and narrative work that is visibly driving inbound and credibility.
- Three or more years in-house at a tech company. Agency backgrounds without in-house experience will not be considered.
- Figma fluency, non-negotiable.
- A visible portfolio of shipped brand work across multiple formats.
- You write as well as you design and can own copy across all touchpoints.
- You do not need a creative director above you to do your best work.
- Based in Switzerland or Denmark, or able to work in CET (Central European Time) ±2.
Nice to have
- Web design experience in Webflow or Framer.
- Video editing.
