Our Swiss Affiliate, based in Fribourg, is looking for a Medical Affairs Manager responsible for key products of our Portfolio the Bacterial Lysates. Joining a passionate team and reporting to the Medical Affairs Lead, your mission is to build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, specialists and GPs.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, specialists and GPs in respiratory and uro-gynecology therapeutic areas
Provide accurate product information and scientific documentation, and respond promptly to specific medico-scientific inquiries from both external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, patients, etc.) and internal teams
Organize and attend advisory boards, symposia, seminars and other similar events
Ensure proper follow-up and monitoring of clinical studies and summarize literature research in databases
Communicate relevant scientific insights from field interactions to local medical and commercial teams, contributing to the integration of real-world expertise
Offer scientific support to the Marketing and Sales teams, including training and validation of promotional materials, while ensuring full regulatory compliance
Work closely with the Lysates Team on strategy development and drive the implementation of product strategies
Contribute to pharmacovigilance by assisting with the transmission and processing of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs)
Support the Regulatory and Market access team if requested
Please note that this a field-based position requiring approximatively 20% presence at our office in Villars-sur-Glâne.
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
Scientific or Medical education (Master’s, PhD, M.D., or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in a Medical Affairs or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry
Ability to interpret and assimilate clinical studies and scientific data, and to deliver scientific presentations and medical training to healthcare professionals
Good knowledge of the Swiss medical environment (legal/regulatory/health system)
Business fluency in German, French and English
Readiness to travel, mainly in Switzerland with occasional international travel
You describe yourself as a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on and flexible environment. Thanks to your scientific background and capacity for synthesis, you easily assimilate and interpret information and scientific data. You also demonstrate excellent communication skills, which allows you to interact efficiently with various stakeholders.
