Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain organised documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal appointments.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain records and update internal databases.
- Support invoice processing and administrative financial tasks.
- Review incoming requests and provide timely administrative support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate operational activities.
- Monitor office processes and identify areas requiring administrative follow-up.
- Prepare materials and information for meetings and business activities.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent administrative qualification.
- Experience in administrative support or office coordination.
- Good knowledge of common office software applications.
- Ability to organise documents and manage administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of German; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Gehalt: CHF75’000.00 - CHF80’000.00 pro Jahr
