About the role
As Business Manager at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will lead the on‑property Finance function and act as a key business partner to the General Manager, Hotel Leadership Team, and Ownership. The role ensures sound financial governance, profitability, and strategic decision support in alignment with Four Seasons standards, with functional oversight from the Director of Finance .
What you will do
- Lead on‑site administration of all financial aspects of the property’s operations
- Safeguard hotel assets and financial resources to maximize profitability
- Prepare, analyze, and elevate financial reporting and business insights
- Act as finance business advisor and partner to the Planning Committee
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with Department and Division Heads
- Support financial reporting and communication requirements for Ownership
- Strengthen internal controls and oversee selected day‑to‑day Finance office activities
- Ensure compliance with all corporate and local policies, including the Accounting & Finance Manual, USALI standards, and applicable regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop the on‑property Finance team
What you bring
- 3–5 years senior leadership experience in Hospitality Finance
- Strong proficiency in month‑end close, financial statements, reconciliations, audits, and budgeting/forecasting
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams
- University degree in Accounting or Finance (Hospitality Management with Accounting/Finance focus preferred)
- Highest level of integrity and transparency
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (English and German fluency required additional languages advantageous)
- Swiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit required (Swiss regulations make this mandatory for employment)

Schedule & Hours:
- Full‑time position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays per seasonality
- Typical opening times: June–September (summer), December–March (winter)
