About the Role:
Olympus Italia Industrial Technology & Business Solutions SA is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Industrial Operations Manager to oversee industrial operations, production efficiency, and business process optimization in Geneva, Switzerland. This role focuses on managing large-scale industrial workflows, improving operational performance, and driving efficiency across manufacturing, technical operations, and industrial service systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industrial Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day industrial operations, workflow management, and operational performance initiatives
- Production & Process Optimization: Improve production efficiency, operational systems, and resource utilization strategies
- Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement operational improvement plans aligned with business growth objectives
- Quality & Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with Swiss industrial standards, operational regulations, and quality assurance protocols
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and technical operations teams to maintain operational continuity
- Budget & Cost Management: Manage operational budgets, cost-control initiatives, and financial efficiency measures
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, productivity metrics, operational risks, and efficiency benchmarks
- Technology & Systems Integration: Support implementation of industrial technologies, automation systems, and process modernization initiatives
- Team Leadership: Lead industrial operations personnel, technical managers, supervisors, and cross-functional operations teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in industrial operations management, manufacturing operations, or business process management
- Skills: Strong operational leadership, industrial systems management, and strategic planning capabilities
- Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial production environments, operational efficiency systems, and process optimization initiatives
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary industrial teams and complex operational environments
