To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a Solution Architect SAP C4C v2 to shape our global CRM landscape based on SAP Sales Cloud v2 and SAP Service Cloud v2. As the architectural lead, you will design scalable and integrated solutions that support Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Digital Customer Experience processes, while ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and other enterprise platforms. Working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams, you will drive architectural decisions, govern technology standards, and help define the future roadmap of our customer engagement ecosystem.
