Key Points:

Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within the semiconductor industry.

Engineering degree in Electronics or Microelectronics.

Expert-level proficiency in:
IATF 16949,
ISO 9001,
and automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP).

Proven track record in leading global quality teams and driving organizational change.
Missions and Tasks:
Responsible for overall company quality management aspects throughout the whole supply chain and products’ life cycle.
Member of the extended staff and Projects Validation Committee.
Support EM CEO on side topics.
Ensure compliance with market standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO17025, etc.), TQM principles, and regulatory requirements.
Establish and deploy company governance, business manuals, and key processes.
Oversee and improve the Management system through audits and reviews.
Align quality strategy with company objectives.
Define and deploy quality policy.
Monitor quality plans to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
Drive quality performance across the supply chain, operations, and development.
Lead and manage the Product Quality assurance team.
Ensure regulatory compliance for products.
Manage quality labs and ensure the quality department is appropriately structured and staffed.
Travel is required for this job: To Prague and to Bangkok
Profil recherché :
The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree in Electronics or Microelectronics (Master's degree is a plus).
They must possess at least 10 years of experience in a similar quality management role within the semiconductor industry.
Key technical requirements include in-depth knowledge of :
ISO 9001, IATF 16949,
and with ISO 17025/13485/14001,
as well as automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP)
and industry standards (AEC Qxx, A-SPICE, VDA).
Proficiency in 8D problem-solving, risk management, and audit techniques (ISO 19011, VDA 6.3/6.5) is essential.
Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean methodology, and project management skills are strong assets.
The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills in English (French is an advantage), and the ability to drive change across a global organization.
