Role Description
We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Growth Manager to help us drive B2B user acquisition and early traction for SedAI. You’ll work across marketing, product, and data to identify high-leverage opportunities for growth, experiment with new tactics, and build scalable strategies from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and iterate on growth experiments across channels
- Identify bottlenecks in our customer journey and propose solutions to accelerate conversion
- Work closely with the Data Scientist to explore lead scoring, segment analysis, and predictive tactics
- Define and implement B2B acquisition funnels, including CRM integrations and automation flows
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to discover new growth opportunities
- Help build our performance measurement system, including dashboards and key KPIs
- Collaborate with product and leadership to shape growth strategy and messaging
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing or product-led growth roles, ideally in tech or SaaS startups
- Strong understanding of growth frameworks, funnel analysis, and conversion optimization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging content and interact with stakeholders
- A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in performance tracking and user segmentation
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Bonus: Understanding of the real estate or proptech space is a plus
