The Administrative Assistant, supports the Communications & Marketing team by contributing to public affairs, event coordination, and administrative processes. This role offers practical exposure to international collaboration and academic publishing within a structured and supportive environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Support the coordination of editor agreements and administrative processes
Help organize conferences and networking events (research, logistics, follow-ups)
Assist with reports, presentations, and internal communication
Track tasks, tickets, and open items across teams
Support outreach and networking activities
You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
Requirements
Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German (C1) is also required
Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office and digital tools for document management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
