Rare opportunity to join a Team deeply entrenched with a UHNW client and his investment holding company, addressing its investments, financing, FP&A, corporate strategy and treasury needs.
The selected candidate will assist the Team on all work streams including - but not limited to:
Coordination, negotiations, structuring & execution of complex financing and investments on behalf of the client’s investment holding and Private Office
Modelling, preparation & review of analysis for CIO and CFO on potential investments (private and public), financing strategy, hedging and risk management
In charge of ongoing monitoring of existing investments performance & preparation of quarterly earnings report and analysis for the Investment Committee
Support the Team and CFO on budgeting, financial strategy and business lines reporting
Preparation of daily & weekly reports for the client relating to their portfolio of investments and debt facilities

The role provides a unique buyside opportunity to work with a sophisticated UHNW client and its investment holding on exciting mandates. It will allow the successful candidate to progressively develop her/his knowledge & understanding of Corporate Finance, Investments, Portfolio Reporting and Cash Management.
Knowledge/Experience/Competencies:
Internships or 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing role within investment banking, private equity, Big4 or equivalent
Ability to deliver flawless, high-quality work, underpinned by exceptional rigor and attention to detail
Strong technical competency in Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in clients pitchbooks & financial modelling (business plans & valuation)
Ability to strategically prioritize, manage complex workloads, and excel in fast-paced settings
Is aware of, and effectively manages, risk and compliance related situations in his/her area
Curious, numerate, analytical mind, with strong problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to self-reflect, accept constructive criticism, and build effective working relationships across hierarchal levels and functions
Master’s degree preferred
Arabic speaker is a plus but not a must
