Role Description
The Product Compliance Intern will support the Compliance team in activities related to ensuring that apparel products comply with applicable regulations, internal standards, and customer/market requirements.
This role provides a comprehensive overview of product control processes, documentation management, and collaboration with suppliers and testing laboratories.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in checking product compliance for apparel and textile items according to applicable regulations
- Assist in the review of product labels, including fiber composition and country of origin (Made in) information
- Help collect, organize, and maintain compliance documentation (e.g. test reports, declarations, technical files)
- Perform follow-ups with suppliers to request and receive required compliance documents
- Support coordination with testing laboratories for product testing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Quality, Sourcing, and Legal
Requirements
Education
- Student or recent graduate with a technical or scientific background, such as Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or similar fields
Technical Skills
- Interest in product compliance and product safety topics within the apparel industry
- Basic knowledge of textile materials, fabrics, and textile treatments
- Basic understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for textile products
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Soft Skills
- Strong commitment and willingness to learn, with a proactive and hands-on attitude
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage tasks effectively without losing the overall picture
- Positive attitude toward new challenges and teamwork

- Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
