We have been retained to search on exclusivity for a Chef de Cuisine/Private Chef for a top VIP family (UHNWI) for their residence in the “La Cote” region, Lake Geneva area (canton de Vaud), Switzerland.
As Private Chef, you would be working along two Senior Private Chefs who do not only have outstanding culinary skills, but are also real team players with very pleasant personalities. They are ready to share all their knowledge with you.
Your main base would be the residence in the Lake Geneva area, but you would be flexible to travel with the family several months per year (up to 3 months to another location in Switzerland in winter where accommodation will be provided and on various occasions for 7-10 days to another villa in Europe where accommodation is also provided). This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Chef to only using the best products available and working in a very professional environment.
It is a long-term contract (100%) & the roles comes with a very competitive salary and bonus system.
Candidates need to have strong knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. Knowledge of other different international cuisines will be a further advantage. Candidates need to be experienced Chef de Cuisines or Senior Sous Chefs in 5* luxury hotels or other top establishments or be experienced Private Chefs in private families. You also need to be able to communicate in French & English and be eligible to work in Switzerland or Europe. Current or previous experience with private families is of advantage. Candidates should ideally have also gained current or recent experience in Switzerland.
