Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine / European Cuisine-Accommodation Provided-Switzerland
For the reopening of our newly renovated Hotel & Restaurant in Canton Uri, Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine specialising in European Cuisine.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and present high- quality European dishes
- Contribute to menu development
- Ensure food quality, hygiene and efficient kitchen workflow
- Lead and support the kitchen team
Requirement:
- Experience as a Chef or Head Chef
- Knowledge of European cuisine
- Passion for high - quality gastronomy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
