We are currently hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist professional for an onsite role (Dispatch _ Onsite) in (Lucerne, Horw) Switzerland.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for hardware installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
2) Perform hardware repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance
3) Support OS installation and basic system compatibility checks
4) Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
Requirements:
1) Must hold a valid work permit in Switzerland
2) Several years of experience in the IT field
3) Strong communication skills in English and the local language
