Your Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, matcha, protein shakes, and other beverages
- Prepare fresh breakfasts, lunches, and healthy snacks
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and product quality
- Operate the cash register and assist with daily café operations
- Help create an inspiring experience for every guest
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, energetic, and reliable personality
- Passion for coffee, healthy food, and hospitality
- Good German skills and English communication skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekdays, and weekends
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous barista or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
