As Talent Acquisition & Social Media Intern, you will support the daily activities of the Talent Acquisition Team as well as developing Employer Branding Strategies to promote our Corporate Culture and Career Opportunities. Additionally, you will work on the development of the Career Website, analysing KPIs and collaborating with the Crew Management Team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- English native or bilingual. Other languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, World, Teams and Powerpoint.
- Strong knowledge and passion for social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn).
- Knowledge of native dashboard insights and publishing functionalities is a plus
- Knowledge of CMS platforms is a plus (ex. WordPress, Wix).
- Proficiency in Adobe Programs (ex. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustator) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in content creation and community management is a plus.
- Passion for the travel and hospitality industry.

- Assist in sourcing candidates for various positions within the company, including onboard and shoreside roles.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who align with our company values and culture.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate databases and assist in tracking recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding:
- Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies to position MSC Cruises as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media platforms to showcase our unique culture and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute participation in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Collect and analyse feedback from career fairs to enhance our recruitment strategies.
Career Website and Content Management:
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the career website and recruitment channels to identify areas for improvement and optimise user engagement.
- Collaborate with the crew management team to ensure that content on the career website is relevant and tailored to both onboard and shoreside populations.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and execute content strategies that enhance the candidate experience and drive recruitment outcomes.
- Regularly review and update content to reflect current job openings, company news, and employer branding initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
