Managing office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Support in general administrative tasks and provide administrative support to the employees in the office
Supporting the executive team with various administrative tasks as needed
Responsible for visitor management
Coordinating office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails, and directing them to the appropriate staff members
Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering necessary items
Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding of new hires and updating and maintaining the office policies as necessary
Handling the management of the property (arranging repairs, organize office layout, organize cleaning etc.)

This is you

Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software and willingness to learn new software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Fluent in German and English
