At Arctic Juice & Café, we serve natural, energising food and drinks — coffee, juices, bowls — made fresh, all day. We’re looking for people who enjoy fast-paced environments, like working in a team, and take pride in doing things properly.
The role
As a Team Member, you’ll be part of the daily operations of the store.
You’ll rotate between different stations — coffee, juice, kitchen and service — and help keep everything running smoothly throughout the day.
It’s a hands-on role where pace, organisation and consistency matter.
What you’ll do
Prepare coffee, juices and food to our standards
Serve customers in a friendly and efficient way
Keep your station clean, organised and stocked
Work as part of a team during busy periods
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Who you are
You are reliable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
You have a positive attitude and good energy
You are organised and pay attention to detail
You like working in a team and supporting others
You are comfortable being on your feet and staying active throughout the day
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required — we will train you.
A minimum level of German is required for this role.
