We are a small and fast-moving company active in the international trade and logistics of refinery products.
To strengthen our team, we are primarily looking for support in administration and coordination. Depending on experience and interest, the role can gradually expand into operations and logistics responsibilities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization and getting things done in a practical business environment.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and organizational support across daily business activities
- Coordination of documents, communication and internal processes
- Support management with operational follow-up and execution
- Communication with logistics providers, customers and business partners
- Assistance with rail and shipping logistics coordination
- Opportunity to gradually take on broader operations responsibilities

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent German and English required
- Experience in administration required
- Experience in logistics or operations is a plus, but not mandatory
