We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team management
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive sales performance and help achieve store profitability targets
- Assist with employee training, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention procedures
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager
- Build strong relationships between customers, sales associates, and store leadership
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment
