We are hiring a Supply Chain Project Team E2E Lead 80-100% (m/f/d) to join our Team.

This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexiblity to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).
What you will do:
As the central Supply Chain (SC) leader and liaison for your assigned projects, you will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams to ensure flawless operational execution.

Act as the "go-to" SC expert in internal and client meetings, advocating for customer needs and resolving escalations.

Interface between PM, Procurement, Quality, MSAT, and Ops to mitigate E2E risks (material availability, warehousing constraints, delivery conflicts).

Forecast 3–5 year material needs, align Master Production Schedules (MPS), and ensure SAP/BOM data accuracy.

Oversee vendor POs, coordinate complex inbound/outbound logistics, and optimize E2E inventory via SMOG and safety stock processes.

Drive local and global SC tool development and mentor new team members.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field (Master's is a plus); proven SC experience, ideally within Pharma or CDMO.
Strong analytical abilities to track KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and align E2E supply planning with manufacturing strategy.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Track record of driving cross-functional solutions, anticipating delivery risks, and managing E2E operations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills to influence leaders and clients; fluent in English (German is a plus).
