HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
Verification of specifications for our ETCS/ATP system integration project into the vehicle
Review the requirements in relation to the intended environment and use
Evaluate the conformity of the development process against the European standards including the assigned Safety Integrity Level (SIL)
Verifying the correctness, consistency and appropriateness of test cases, executed tests and test tools
Ensuring that all verification activities are performed according to EN standards
Conducting installation inspections of the ETCS installation on site
Provide approval and/or disagreement for the developed versions
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Completed technical training as an electrical or computer science engineer (ETH/TU/FH) or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in the railway industry
Expertise in the area of validation, verification, functional safety or system engineering
Knowledge of the relevant IEEE, UNISIG and EN standards (e.g. EN 50126, EN 50129)
Ideally experience with train control systems
Fluent in German and English
Team player, independent, goal- and solution-orientated
